The Chase Guest House is a comfortable, contemporary detached house situated in a tree-lined road in a semi rural location. The town centre and Newbury Racecourse are only 5 minutes away by car.

The guest rooms have been professionally designed to a high standard. The owner, having travelled extensively, has endeavoured to provide a high level of comfort for all guests. The rooms have Flatscreen TV, Wi-Fi, Clock Radio, Hairdryer and Tea & Coffee making facilities. An Iron & Ironing Board are available on request.

There is a Guest Lounge to relax in and breakfast is served in a separate Dining Room. Breakfast is sourced from local produce and special dietary needs can be catered for if advance notice is given.

Several good pubs and restaurants are located nearby including Marco Pierre White's Yew Tree Inn at Highclere. Local attractions and places of interest include Highclere Castle, Douai Abbey, The Watermill Theatre at Bagnor and The Corn Exchange in Newbury Market Place.
